Roller brushes

Before deburring:

Clients’ Deburring Cases
A customer was using a 6kW laser cutting machine to process 20mm thick carbon steel plates, which resulted in heavy burrs along the edges, affecting subsequent welding and coating quality. To address this issue, our deburring and chamfering machine equipped with wide abrasive belts and universal rotary brushes was used for testing. In a single pass, the machine efficiently removed the burrs from the thick plates, while simultaneously achieving uniform edge chamfering and a brushed surface finish.
